The Bialystok PLUS cohort study is distinguished from similar projects by a broad panel of unique studies
The purpose of the study is to assess the health status of the residents of Our City and to examine the impact of various factors on the development of chronic diseases.
Each Participant in our project undergoes a full-day series of tests. The results collected serve both Participants, who can check their health on a regular basis – every 5 years or so – and Researchers, who are trying to understand the complex relationships between risk factors for disease development and their long-term effects.
