The Bialystok PLUS cohort study stands out from similar projects due to its wide panel of unique examinations
The purpose of the study is to assess the health status of the residents of Our City and to examine the impact of various factors on the development of chronic diseases.
Each Participant in our project goes through a full-day examination. The results collected serve both Participants, who can check their health on a regular basis – every 5 years or so – and Researchers, who are trying to understand the complex relationships between risk factors for developing diseases and their long-term effects. Preparation for and conduct of examination
Participation in the examination always follows an established pattern - we make every effort to maintain high quality communication and care for Participants at every stage
WRAP-UP INTERVIEW
Each visit to Bialystok PLUS ends with a discussion of the results with the doctor
