We are delighted to announce a new local partnership with Kuchnia Vikinga.

Together, we will check whether a diet precisely calculated in terms of calories and ingredients can have a beneficial effect on metabolic health.

As part of a research consortium, we will thoroughly analyze blood sugar variability after consuming specific meals.

Białystok PLUS participants will be able to see for themselves how their bodies react to precisely calculated nutritional values.

We are delighted that this collaboration brings together local entities that want to jointly develop the potential of Białystok and Podlasie.
